Success as our Tai Chi sessions are fully subscribed

Our tai chi taster session in church on February 9 attracted ten people, all of whom expressed their appreciation for our experienced instructor, James Lucas.

Because of its success, a six-week tai chi course will begin at St Lucius' on March 9 led by James. We regret that we can't take any more participants at present as the sessions are fully subscribed.

Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, it's now practised around the world by people of all ages.
